Introduction. The system of economic entities financial stability evaluation is a condition for their stable operation. Based on indicators of that system directors has the ability to make effective financial decisions related to the operations of the company and to control the degree of independence from external funding sources. Purpose. To identify the most suitable approach to assessing the financial stability of the company, group and organize indicators by using which the level of financial stability can be assessed comprehensively, to get the most complete and reliable information. Results. This article examines the basic methodological approaches to the economic entities financial stability assessment. The indicators that determine the level of financial risk associated with the forming capital sources structure can be assessed comprehensively are systematized. Basic absolute and relative indicators that determine financial stability based on real company financial statements are analyzed. Conclusions. Our recommendations are aimed at improving opportunities for enterprises to operate for extended periods, getting enough to reproduce potential, dividends payment and stable development of income, ensuring at the same time economically reasonable correlation of funding sources and assets, the excess of revenue over expenditure, maintaining solvency and creating conditions to self-financing. The implementation in practice these suggestions help to ensure that the company is financially stable, it would have an advantage over other companies at the same sphere of activity, particularly in attracting investments.

The article highlights the main features of payroll taxation in highly developed countries. A personal income tax and compulsory social contributions included in tax systems in international financial statistics are analysed. The taxes on average worker in labour cost are estimated in highly developed countries and domestic economy. Ways to improve payroll taxation in Ukraine are suggested, particularly aiming to deepen progressiveness in personal income tax collection, to increase the amount of tax allowance, and to cancel the maximum base of calculating single social contribution in Ukraine.

In this article, we discovered the theoretical nature of the lease. We conducted detailed analysis of the main trends in the leasing market in Ukraine during 2014-2016 years. We analyzed quantitative and qualitative indicators leasing market: the number of lessors in Ukraine, the dynamics of the number and value of financial leasing contracts as a whole, and separately by sector, compared to the structure of the sources of leasing operations in recent years. The given article present abasic steps, which is necessary to help to intensify development of financial leasing in Ukraine.

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of «social finance», the definition of their role in social development. Based on the research carried out and generalization of the existing methodology, an investment component of social finance has been established aimed at simultaneously obtaining a social and economic effect, which is achieved with the help of financial instruments (social organizations, social financial investment funds and social bond bonds). An author's approach is proposed to define the role of social finance in redistribution relations.

The interrelation between economic cycles and banking, systemated causes and mechanisms of manifestation of economic cycles of different lengths. Featured of occurrence and duration of economic cycles in domestic conditions. Analized the dynamics of volume ratio of total loan portfolio of banks, gross domestic product and the reserve for credit operations of banks. Detected the role of bank lending in different phases of the economic cycle, reasonable measures aimed at easing the negative impact of credit expansion on the cyclical economy.

This paper examines the level of capitalization of the banking system of Ukraine’s independence from the beginning to the present. The basic steps of managing the banking system and their impact on the banks and the banking system as a whole. Particular attention is paid to the comparison of the banking system of Ukraine and other countries studied that the capitalization of the banking system is similar to the capitalization of the banking system of Belarus and Russia. Quite widely disclosed influence of banks with foreign capital of banks and the quality of the banking system of Ukraine in general.

ISSUES REGULATORY FRAMEWORK OF ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES AND WAYS OF IMPROVING

Inventory management as an administrative process is based on the accounting and analytical maintaining for the stocks’ movement. Such information is important to monitor the compliance of relevant internal and external regulations. National and international practice of internal control of inventory is analyzed in case of consumer cooperatives in this research. Methodological and organizational approaches of internal control are revealed as the information base for internal audit of effectiveness the operations. Format of accounting and analytical providing for the operations of inventories within statutory activity of consumer societies with the requirements as to balance their business activities is studied. Accounting and analytical maintaining of the operations with stocks is offered to use like a knowledge base for internal control and internal audit in accordance to the stages of movement the inventories. Relevant to International Standard on Auditing ISA 315, internal control isn’t an identifcation or form of internal audit, it functions as a specifc component of this audit. The article recommends using suffciently transparent, simple and detailed sequence of stages of internal control like defning objectives to control, assessment of controls, procedures of control and tests for confrmation of study. International auditing standards define the internal audit following to the areas of internal control. However, the key word in this meaning is evaluation: the evaluation of effectiveness business’ management; the evaluation of legitimacy and reliability of financial reports; the evaluation of accounting accuracy (financial audit); the evaluation of regulations compliance (compliance audit). The problem of internal audit operations is revealed in the work by the example of operations with inventories.

INVENTORIES AS OBJECT OF INTERNAL CONTROL (EVIDENCE FROM THE ENTERPRISES OF CONSUMER COOPERATION)

The article clarifes the economic substance of the term «resource potential» and systematizes the production resources classifcation. Unlike the traditional methodological approaches to the efficiency analysis of the certain types of production resources (material, labor, plant and equipment) usage, method of the complex efficiency analysis of the production resources set in the view of the extensive and intensive research direction has been developed. The basic analytical stages of the research have been determined and the algorithms of the individual indices calculation for the three groups of resources and the mechanism of their synthesis in the integral index have been suggested.
