TERMS OF PUBLICATION
IN THE SCIENTIFIC NOTES OF OSTROH ACADEMY NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, «ECONOMICS» SERIES

1. The articles to be published must have scientific, industrial and practical value. The author is entitled to submit only one article that has not been published yet to the same issue. The article should be arranged in accordance with «Requirements to the articles»..

2. Electronic versions of the article and publication request are submitted to the Editorial Office for a preliminary review in order to check their compliance with the subject matter and requirements of the journal. In the case of a positive conclusion, a copy of the receipt as well as the English translation of the article is sent the Editorial Office in order to be placed in electronic form on the website of the journal (according to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine from 17.10.2012, № 1111, Section 2.9, "About obligatory availability of articles in English on the web page of the publications" ). All materials should be sent to the Editorial Office by means of the site.

3. Metadata is an extended abstract in English of at least 250 words. The structure of metadata should include introduction, aims and objectives, methods, results, conclusion.

4. The Editorial Office reserves the right to perform editorial proofreading of articles and external reviewing in accordance with the provisions for reviewing. The author will be informed in case of a negative conclusion about the publication of the article. The article can be returned for revision. In case of the positive decision the author shall receive a notification and accounting form that shall be payable in any bank branch.

5. The publication fees are UAH 80 per page + UAH 100 for assigning DOI to the article (electronic version). The price of a printed copy is UAH 400 (is sent on author request).

6. The text should be typed in Times New Roman, font size - 14, line spacing 1,5 and 2 cm margins from every side. THE PAYMENT COVERS ONLY PUBLICATION OF THE ARTICLE AND REFERENCES. The article should be at least 12 pages long.

7. The articles of sole writers who do not have academic degrees will be considered only if they are accompanied with the review (recommendation, reference, peer-review) of the scientific supervisor. Information about the supervisor (reviewer) should be published directly after the text of the article (full name, academic degree, employer, position, city).

8. Articles pertaining to the same thematic section of the Journal will be usually published in a general queue, based on the date of the article’s receival by the Editorial Office. Articles shall be included in the general queue only after the Editorial board receives confirmation of payment for publication.

9. The courtesy copy of the Journal issue including published article will be sent to the authors via mail to the address indicated in the application form or can be obtained directly from the Editorial Office.

10. The Editorial board is not responsible for the information contained in the article.

11. The author is responsible for the originality of the text (for plagiarism), accuracy of facts, quotes, statistics, proper names, geographical names and other information, also takes full responsibility for exposing data not subject to the open publication.

12. The authors give their consent to the collection and procession of their personal data and to their inclusion into the database according to the Law of Ukraine № 2297- VI "On Personal Data Protection" since 01.06.2010.
